Domestic Shipping (Within continental U.S.) is shipped using standard shipping (Free Shipping with approximately 2-4 business days delivery service). Each order undergoes BRIGHTFOCAL proprietary sturdy packaging. We ship around the clock from Monday through Saturday.  We normally process and ship the same day for all orders cleared before the cutoff time*. We used to provide PRIME delivery on Amazon so that you could be rest assured we provide fast shipping service.

  • Cut-off time for standard order is 5 PM EST.
  • Cut-off time for 3 days, 2 days and Overnight Shipping is 4 PM EST. 
  • Some orders may require verification prior to shipping, please check your email for additional information needed to process your order and reply the message promptly. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or due to any natural disaster or severe weather such as flood, tornado, volcano eruption, earthquake, or landslide.

Please be aware that we only provide DELIVERY CONFIRMATION service when we ship the product. We do not provide SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION service by default. If you are shipping the product to a location where the chance of theft or lost packages are high, you need to email us at to add that service. We may charge extra for the service. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION requires the customer to be present at the time of the delivery of the product. Should you require signature confirmation for your delivery please email us with your Order Number. Please contact us immediately after you place the order. We can not add or change service after order is shipped.


We currently do not offer international shipping. If you plan to use international cargo forwarder or hand carry to ship items internationally, please ask your freight forwarding company to double box packages before shipping to you and buy insurance if needed.
