Returns & Cancel Order

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We work with suppliers and manufacturers to guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to fully enjoy your purchase.

BRIGHTFOCAL is pleased to provide our customers with 60 days replacement warranty provided there is no physical damage to the part. To be eligible, you must first file for a return authorization number using our online RMA system before returning any parts to our facility.

If you made a purchase and need to cancel the order, you can email with your order number. We can not guarantee that the order will be cancelled as many times we ship orders before the email is seen.


Our products come with 60 days replacement warranty against manufacturer defects only such as lines, shaky or distorted picture. Item must be inspected BEFORE any installation during 7 day inspection period. We do not accept returns due to damages after installation. 

We provide warranty for our products against 3 or more stuck pixels for all screen products.  Please review the pixel warranty on the NEW Class 1 screen.The Brand NEW screen comply with ISO standard “ISO-9241-302, 303, 305, 307:2008 CLASS 1”. Most premium branded finished product manufacturers (retail TVs, monitors, laptops, etc.) specify their products as meeting Class 1. Class 1 panels permit any or all of the following: 1 full bright (“stuck on white”) pixel 1 full dark (“stuck off”) pixel 2 single or double bright or dark sub-pixels 3 to 5 “stuck on” or “stuck off” sub-pixels (depending on the number of each) .

Customers have 7 days to check the product & report Dead-on-Arrival (DOA). Although highly unlikely, please contact us as soon as possible if you find such problem.

If for any reason during the 7 day inspection period you want to return the product for refund, please submit a return request for refund.

After 7 days Inspection Period, if the product shows defect, customer can claim replacement exchange during 53 days warranty period. Only replacement product will be shipped during this period.

All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Any item shipped back prior to contacting for authorization may cause delays in processing the return. Shipping cost is a non-refundable item.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept any items back that are damaged due to an installation error such as a torn cable, broken or cracked screen, damaged LCD. In the event there is cosmetic damage to the item (ex. cracked screen) we must be notified prior to any installation being done and within 7 days Inspection Period.

We do NOT charge restocking fees if item is returned in original NEW condition (i.e, full refund of the purchase). Please make sure you pack item safely and securely in original package and original condition. We are not responsible if packages are lost or damaged during shipment.

Warranty is strictly limited to technical problems. Any problems involving physical damage or breakage to the product is not covered which is the same warranty as laptop manufacturer.
